Outside Water Usage : An additional meter can be installed to monitor water used for watering lawns & gardens, washing cars, filling pools, etc.
The sewer volume charge will based on the actual volume of water used. If a portion of the water is not discharged into the sewer system that usage will be deducted from the sewer volume charge provided a meter has been installed to measure such water.
