Not Guilty Plea Form       
                                    
A plea of NOT GUILTY must be received by 4:00 PM the Thursday prior to the appointed court date on your citation. 

Once the court has received your plea of NOT GUILTY a pretrial conference will be scheduled with the Municipal Village Prosecutor from Angela  Olson Law. Pretrial conferences are scheduled monthly, as your Initial Appearance, a pretrial conference notice will be sent to you with the date and time. If a phone conference is required, please include that request on your not guilty plea form. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests; however, they cannot be guaranteed.
